Tillman Fiber is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Digital Transformation & Project Manager to support the Office of Enterprise Resource Planning in driving digital innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project execution.

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation through completion.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather business requirements.
• Analyze and validate data within ERP tools to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with experience using Asana, JIRA, or MS Project.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP platforms like Sitetracker, NetSuite, Hubspot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with actionable insights ability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.
• Positive, self-starter attitude in fast-paced environments.
