• Lead client engagements ensuring delivery excellence.

• Support practice growth targeting AUD$5M in revenue.

• Drive internal knowledge management and capability building.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and resolve delivery issues.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel (~60%), including international travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology preferred.
• Organisational Change Management experience is a plus.
