• Managing EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with proposal provisions and timelines;
• Analysing and interpreting research data, drawing meaningful conclusions;
• Managing the delivery of projects to customers, considering business goals;

• Reporting on project progress and financial analysis;

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• +5-years professional experience in project management;
• Masters Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science;
• Experience with managing EU funded (research) projects;
• Experience in developing research proposals and securing funding;
• Experience combining agile methodologies with traditional project management;
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making;
• Strong organisational and planning skills;
• Ability to anticipate challenges proactively;
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven skills in writing and speaking (Portuguese and English);
• Professional project management certification preferred.
