Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading provider of customs services, operating across 12 countries. As part of our mission to deliver seamless customs solutions, we are undergoing a digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team and help drive key digital initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate group-wide projects across 3 countries.
• Oversee initiatives related to process optimization and Salesforce-based platforms.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Central European Cluster.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
• Lead change management initiatives related to project implementation.
• Monitor and control project budgets across multiple countries.
• Fluency in English is required; additional German is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starter.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with customs, logistics, or supply chain projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
