Overview

As a HR Business Partner, you will support the HR Director in the strategic and operational management of defined specialist areas, acting as an interface between employees, managers, and HR while contributing to modern HR strategies.

In Short

• Support managers in personnel-related issues
• Advise on working time models, absence management, and employee leadership
• Assist with labor law issues in collaboration with the HR Director
• Manage the employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding
• Support the recruiting process and talent management measures
• Collaborate in HR projects like performance management and HR digitization
• Prepare evaluations, reports, and presentations
• Use MS Office and HR systems confidently
• Communicate effectively in German and English
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in HR
• Basic knowledge of labor law is an advantage
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High willingness to learn and interest in strategic HR work
