• Seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to establish DTN’s Program Management Office (PgMO).
• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
• Partner with business and product owners, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of complex programs by coordinating workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining clear progress visibility.
• Shape PgMO best practices and deliver meaningful change.
• Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting dashboards.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Support resourcing decisions and team capacity planning.
• Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Proven success influencing senior leadership and external partners.
• Strong background in delivering change in dynamic environments.
• Hands-on experience with PPM tools like Wrike or Smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
