Requirements

• 10+ years of software development and project management experience.
• At least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of software development processes.
• Customer-first mindset with operational excellence.
• Hands-on technical experience preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCE, and Azure.
• Experience with GIS/Spatial data is a plus.
• Background in agronomy is beneficial.
