The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a critical liaison between business teams and technology functions, ensuring enterprise systems are aligned with organizational goals.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday Finance and HR functionality.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance financial and HR business processes.
• Build and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Finance and HR modules.

• Relevant licenses or certifications, such as Workday Pro Certification.
