IT Business/System Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business/System Analyst to work closely with our business units and technology teams.

In Short

• Communicate with stakeholders and users to gather business requirements and feedback.
• Analyze users' and stakeholders' requirements to identify needs/goals.
• Collaborate with the development team to validate implementation approaches.
• Document requirements ready for development, including DB and API levels.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with API design principles.
• Knowledge of systems integration and microservices.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC phases.
