IT Business/System Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business/System Analyst to work closely with our business units and technology teams.

In Short

• Communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and feedback.
• Analyze users' and stakeholders' requirements to identify their needs/goals.
• Collaborate with the development team to validate implementation approaches.
• Document requirements for development, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of relational databases, including SQL and ER-diagram development.
• Experience with API design principles and documentation.
• Relevant experience with systems integration and microservices.
• Experience in UI-prototyping and UX-design principles.
• Strong technical writing skills for clear system documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC phases.
