We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our AI Platforms and Services Engineering team, responsible for delivering innovative AI solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in technical communication.
3 years of management experience in software engineering.
Proven leadership in Agile environments.
Experience in platform engineering and full-stack development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Familiarity with AI as a Service (AIaaS).
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
