Overview

HighLevel is seeking a WhatsApp Onboarding Specialist to guide agency owners through the successful setup and integration of WhatsApp into their GoHighLevel accounts, focusing on reducing churn and building strong relationships with customers.

In Short

• Conduct webinars for agency owners on WhatsApp integration.
• Manage the onboarding process for new WhatsApp customers.
• Provide exceptional technical support during onboarding.
• Proactively reach out to agency owners with failed onboarding attempts.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues.
• Interface with Meta’s support team for WhatsApp-related issues.
• Utilize knowledge of APIs and JSON for troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Gather customer feedback to improve onboarding experience.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or IT support.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business APIs.
• Basic understanding of APIs and JSON structures.
• Experience conducting webinars or training sessions.
• Ability to manage support tickets with external teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
