HighLevel is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer in Test II to join its remote engineering team in India, responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of new releases.

In Short

• Contribute to the quality of various modules through manual testing and automation.
• Design and execute functional, regression, and exploratory test cases.
• Build and maintain UI and API automation suites using Playwright.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers.
• Participate in sprint planning and cross-functional QA initiatives.
• Identify quality gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support integration testing with APIs.
• Utilize AI tools for test design and validation.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing required.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and automation frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing for SaaS or web applications.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, JMeter, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and API automation.
• Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong manual testing skills with robust test strategies.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to white-box and black-box testing methodologies.
