Overview

The Director of Legal Operations will design and run a scalable legal operating model, partnering with the VP of Legal to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department at HighLevel.

Requirements

• 12+ years in legal operations, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Experience with AI and automation in legal contexts.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers.
• Experience managing discovery processes and subpoenas.
• Ability to build lean and efficient operational processes.
• Experience with legal technology platforms and budgeting.
• Preferred experience in SaaS or technology industries.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• CLOC membership or legal operations credentials preferred.
