In Short

  • Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales journey.
  • Act as the functional expert on Higharc’s platform.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover workflows and pain points.
  • Shape solution strategy in partnership with AEs.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact platform demos.
  • Build ROI narratives and business cases.
  • Champion the Challenger sales approach.
  • Support post-sale discovery and implementation efforts.
  • Provide feedback to refine pre-sales narratives.
  • Work in a strategic, customer-facing role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a consultative sales, presales, or solutioning role.
  • Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech.
  • Deep understanding of functional areas like Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing.
  • Proven ability to shape solution strategy in complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation skills tailored for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
