In Short

  • Join a remote team as a Solutions Consultant focused on pre-sales.
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales journey.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows and pain points.
  • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts to potential clients.
  • Shape solution strategies and build ROI narratives for prospects.
  • Support post-sales engagement as needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales or a similar role is required.
  • Experience in homebuilding or construction tech is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Flexible hours and a remote-first work environment are offered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a consultative sales, presales, or solutioning role.
  • Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech.
  • Deep understanding of Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing.
  • Proven ability to influence buying decisions in complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent presentation skills tailored for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
