Overview

We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in the AI security space. As a post-sales Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of our AI security solutions.

In Short

• Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of AI security solutions.
• Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization, and cloud networking.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and optimize configurations.
• Deliver hands-on workshops and training sessions.
• Capture customer feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a post-sales or customer success role.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Python programming experience required.
• Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
