Overview

As an SMB Account Executive at HHAeXchange, you will be pivotal to the growth of the company by selling Pavillio Software solutions within your assigned territory, to homecare agency owners, executives, and administrators.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify opportunities and articulate the value proposition.
  • Work as a relentless “hunter” in the sales process.
  • Engage with homecare agency owners and executives.
  • Expect in-state travel, not exceeding twenty percent.
  • Possess strong in-person presentation skills.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Work with a mission-driven team focused on improving care.
  • Be part of a leading technology partner in HCBS.
  • Support the implementation of operational practices.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in software solutions.
  • Strong commitment to results and persuasive sales ability.
  • Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodation.
  • Experience in the homecare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and HCBS is advantageous.
  • Reside in the Washington DC, New York City, or Minneapolis Metro Areas.
