Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking a Revenue Cycle Advisor to drive customer success and optimize revenue cycle processes, contributing to the growth and innovation of our services in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrate the value of RCM services and solve challenges.
• Analyze customer performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution.
• Collaborate with billing, operations, and product teams.
• Identify process enhancements for workflows.
• Provide regular performance reports to customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strategic and effective problem solver.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable with strong collaboration skills.
• Initiative-taker with a strong work ethic.
