Overview

The Director, Trading Partners is a critical and dynamic leadership role responsible for owning HHAeXchange’s trading partner relationships with various stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead trading partner relationships with clearinghouses and EDI vendors.
• Improve performance outcomes with trading partners.
• Engage in proactive outreach to partners.
• Ensure adherence to EDI standards.
• Minimize provider and payer support escalations.
• Work closely with the VP, Interoperability.
• Focus on Medicaid homecare and revenue cycle.
• Available for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
• Support individuals with disabilities through reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Strong background in healthcare and Medicaid homecare.
• Experience in revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of EDI integration.
• Proven leadership skills.
