Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be part of a dynamic sales team, responsible for qualifying leads and expanding the customer base for a B2B SaaS company.

In Short

  • Responsible for lead qualification and working closely with the Account Executive and Marketing Team.
  • Engage with craft and service companies as the first point of contact.
  • Generate quality appointments (Web-Demos) for Account Executives.
  • Actively build and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Manage all sales activities and customer information in CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Experience in SaaS or craftsmanship is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to listen actively.
  • Enjoys phone communication and strives to exceed goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various formats (phone, video, email).
  • Ideally holds a degree or comparable training focused on sales.
  • Fluent in German (C1 level required).
