Overview

The Customer Loyalty Advocate is responsible for handling inbound inquiries from customers seeking to reduce, terminate or change their HSOne account products or subscriptions. This role involves gathering customer feedback and contributing to the ongoing improvement of HSOne.

In Short

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
  • Encourage clients to utilize best practices with HSOne products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Become an expert on HSOne product suite and internal processes.
  • Proactively engage clients delinquent on payments.
  • Work on problems of limited to moderate scope.
  • Receive moderate instruction on day-to-day tasks.
  • Develop professional credibility and customer empathy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture at Henry Schein ONE.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in customer success or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and customer engagement tools.
  • Basic understanding of industry practices.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Consultative approach to customer interactions.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape.
