Overview

This position is remote within the United States, where you will leverage your healthcare knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations to engage dental offices and enroll them in the Dental Marketing Program.

In Short

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to dental office managers and treatment coordinators.
  • Educate dental offices on products and services offered by DentalPlans.com and Henry Schein One.
  • Verify account information and recommend solutions for practice growth.
  • Conduct pre-call planning to assess account viability.
  • Work Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm EST.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental offices.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and account activities in CRM systems.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including 2 years in outside or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls professionally.
  • Self-starter and team player capable of working independently.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A quiet workspace with reliable internet access.
