Overview

HELM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Manager to lead and elevate our Express Lane program, focusing on program growth and team coaching to ensure peak performance across assigned dealerships.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Consultants.
  • Implement Stellantis program changes across dealerships.
  • Provide in-dealership training to enhance Customer Experience (CX).
  • Measure success using performance analytics and reporting systems.
  • Generate and execute action plans with upper management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for dealership personnel.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and autonomy.
  • Travel up to 95% for on-site duties.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
  • Technical proficiency in automotive maintenance is preferred.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an Express Service Program or equivalent.
  • Background as a Service Manager, Service Director, or Parts & Service Director.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership operations and automotive processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in French/Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
