Overview

The Regional Field Manager will oversee field operations for the Away from Home Beverage Equipment & Services division, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal standards.

In Short

  • Lead regional service operations and manage compliance with KPIs and SOPs.
  • Manage regional PNL and oversee expenses.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team for account management and customer retention.
  • Provide leadership development and coaching for Team Leads.
  • Perform customer visits to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee inventory and asset management in the field.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and training compliance.
  • Facilitate collaboration between service and sales teams.
  • Manage fleet operations and third-party field operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to analyze service data for process improvements.
  • Familiarity with UL standards is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and drive alignment.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Effective collaboration with various supervisory levels.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the region.
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
