Overview

Helm is a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our NE territory, focusing on F&I product sales objectives for Stellantis’ FlexCare Vehicle Protection division.

In Short

• Develop relationships with dealership personnel.
• Analyze dealership operations and sales processes.
• Provide dealership market analysis.
• Administer F&I training.
• Drive revenue growth through face-to-face training and sales.
• Implement plans to increase dealership profitability.
• Provide ongoing training and account development.
• Motivate independent entrepreneurs.
• Promote the value and sale of F&I products.
• Provide market feedback for strategic planning.

Requirements

• Five years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
• Experience in outside sales and account development.
• Ability to analyze trends and formulate business plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBi, and dealership DMS.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
