Overview

This role requires someone with at least 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience, especially in business development or operations, who can confidently interact with both customers and vendors. A background in healthcare or commercial cleaning is a major requirement, as these are the two primary industries the client operates in. While this role will initially start as part-time, there is the opportunity for a full-time transition.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and profitability within the healthcare and commercial cleaning sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both customers and vendors, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with managing key accounts and explore new business opportunities.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure efficient processes.
  • Help with business planning and strategy to grow the company's footprint in the healthcare and commercial cleaning industries.
  • Monitor industry trends, and regulatory changes, and help navigate compliance matters in both sectors.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, VP of Sales, etc.), preferably in medical sales or healthcare.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the medical sales landscape, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Sales & Business Development: Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • Fundraising & Finance: Knowledge of P&L management and financial planning.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA regulations, hospital procurement processes, and healthcare compliance.
