Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented HHA Compliance Coordinator to join our growing home care team. This role is essential in ensuring that all Home Health Aides (HHAs) meet compliance standards and are fully cleared to work.

In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Responsible for reviewing HHA files for compliance.
• Verify medical documentation for caregivers.
• Maintain and update records in HHA Exchange.
• Monitor compliance expirations and follow up for renewals.
• Communicate with caregivers to collect documentation.
• Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
• Track and report compliance status.
• Ensure proper documentation upload and maintenance.
• Bilingual Spanish required for communication.

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HHA Exchange.
• Understanding of HHA medical requirements.
• Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
