Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for a growing property management company managing approximately 70 rental units.

In Short

  • Part-time virtual assistant role focusing on property management.
  • Work 20 hours per week, preferred hours from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST.
  • Responsibilities include billing, tenant communication, and administrative coordination.
  • Must have experience using the Rent Manager system.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years in real estate or property management.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Independent work and proactive task management are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Experience supporting property managers or real estate teams remotely is preferred.
  • Comfortable handling tenant communications and billing-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or property management.
  • Hands-on experience using Rent Manager.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
