Our client in the healthcare and behavioral health space is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA).

In Short

• Blend of medical administrative support and digital coordination.
• Involves patient management, scheduling, and CRM workflow support.
• Light digital marketing interaction through patient engagement channels.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, semi-asynchronous environment.
• Manage clinical documentation tasks and patient-facing digital communication.
• Part-time initially with potential for full-time conversion.
• Daily coordination call at 9:30 AM PST.
• Flexible working arrangement aligned with client needs and time zone.
• Requires responsiveness and strong multitasking ability.
• Experience in healthcare administration or virtual medical assistance is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare administration or virtual medical assistance.
• Strong proficiency in manual data entry with high attention to detail.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Familiarity with Athena Health (preferred).
• Exposure to Aesthetic Record (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in PST hours, including flexible coverage when required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
