Overview

Helm is a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the NE territory to work with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships, driving revenue growth through training and sales.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with dealership personnel
  • Analyze dealership operations and sales processes
  • Provide dealership market analysis
  • Administer F&I training
  • Promote the sale of F&I products
  • Motivate independent entrepreneurs
  • Partner with dealership decision makers
  • Implement plans to increase profitability
  • Provide ongoing training and account development
  • Provide market analysis and feedback

Requirements

  • 5 years of automotive dealership F&I experience
  • Outside sales experience
  • Account development skills
  • Ability to analyze trends and formulate business plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerBi
  • Overnight travel as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
