The Executive Partner Assistant is a dynamic role supporting the Director of Partner Success in enhancing organizational efficiency and partner success.

  • Serve as a liaison for the Director of Partner Success.
  • Oversee office/team operations and maintain resources for productivity.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and goals.
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
  • Lead or assist with ad hoc projects to meet emerging needs.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion.
  • Experience in administrative, office management, or similar roles preferred.
