Overview

The Outside Sales Relationship Manager at Heartland is responsible for selling merchant services to businesses, managing client relationships, and driving sales through face-to-face meetings and account management.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Successful performance in previous sales roles.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly SalesForce.com.
