In Short

• Join a virtual clinic Monday to Friday from 8:30-4:30 pm CST.
• Receive warm hand-offs of patients and verify contact info.
• Schedule first MD visits and establish plans for vitals.
• Conduct initial KCCQ surveys and obtain baseline vitals.
• Perform medication reconciliations and verify medical history.
• Utilize translator services for non-English speaking patients.
• Document patient symptoms and maintain communication with providers.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and confirm next-day appointments.
• Prepare charts for upcoming visits.
• Work in a mission-driven, diverse, and fast-growing team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA or RMA certification required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Exceptional people skills and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on processes.
• Fast learner, flexible, and adaptable.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-driven and excited to support new technology.
• Experience with providing virtual care to patients.
