  • Collaborate with medical staff for seamless operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficient in EHR systems, especially Athena.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficient in EHR systems (Athena preferred).
  • Experience with medication prior authorizations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using telehealth platforms.
