In Short

• You’re a heart hero! You’ll be at the center of a wide range of mission-critical initiatives.
• Own all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, and scheduling.
• Schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures.
• Follow up with patients via email, phone, and/or text.
• Provide technical support and connection assistance to patients.
• Compile and verify accuracy of data for reporting.
• Document customer and account data and generate reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execute policies that promote the best patient experience.
• Hours will be 9 am to 5 pm CST.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care.
• Exceptional people skills and a GREAT communicator.
• Capability to document detailed workflows.
• Strong data and analytics skills.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on processes.
• Fast learner while being flexible and adaptable.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven and excited to support new technology.
• Medical assistance experience.
