As a Commission Analyst, you will help analyze and optimize commission processes within the ACA and Medicare insurance sectors, contributing to financial performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commission management within ACA or Medicare.
• Experience managing complex commission structures.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ACA or Medicare insurance industries.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Bonus: Experience with R, Ruby, Python, or other programming languages.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with automation tools.
