• Join the Finance team as a Commission Analyst.

• Responsible for commissions and bonus operations.
• Execute monthly calculations on compensation plans.
• Serve as a point of contact for commission-related matters.
• Support and resolve commission calculation inquiries.
• Track changes in sales employee data with HR.
• Implement commissions and sales incentive plans.
• Prepare monthly accruals and reconciliations.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A/Commissions roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Fluent in English.
• Efficiently prioritize multiple tasks.
