Sr. Commissions Analyst - Remote

Quantum Metric is looking for an experienced commissions specialist who is smart, passionate and process-oriented to join our growing finance team, and support the team in executing on its vision of providing world-class financial and analytical support, insight and advice to support one of the world’s fastest-growing global technology companies.

In Short

• Provide exceptional service to the GTM team with accurate commission processing.
• Execute commission calculations with precision for timely payouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on variable compensation programs.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of commissions accrual accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on variable compensation plans.
• Lead detailed analysis of attainment and performance metrics.
• Perform audit functions and respond to employee inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4-7 years experience in commissions or related fields.
• Track record of leveraging technology for process improvements.
• Comfort with remote team coordination.
• Experience with enterprise sales compensation programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates core values of passion, persistence, and integrity.
• Experience with Netsuite, Xactly Incent, and Salesforce preferred.
• This role is 90+% remote with occasional in-person work in Colorado.
