Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Xactly and similar compensation tools.
• Experience with CRM and HRIS systems like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Effective team player with a collaborative approach.
