Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar of at least one US state.
• Minimum of seven years of legal experience in employment law.
• Experience in drafting employment agreements.
• Ability to manage employment-related disputes.
• Experience with technology commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
