People Team (HR) Assistant - Part Time (6m Contract) - Remote

In Short

• Part-time HR Assistant role for a 6-month contract.
• Support various People Team functions including HRIS support and compliance.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee life-cycle support.
• Remote position with a preference for Mountain or Central time zones.
• Expected to work 25-30 hours per week.
• Salary range of $35-40 per hour.
• Collaborate with the People team across the US.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Respond to People-Team tickets and support HR projects.
• 2-3 years of HR experience required.

Requirements

• Experience with HR systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Effective communication skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with Slack and employee Intranet platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of BambooHR, TriNet, Deel, CultureAmp & Greenhouse is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation tools for efficiency.
• Experience with onboarding processes and employee support.
• Enhanced technical skills in communication.
