• Lead regional marketing efforts for the Public Sector Marketing team focused on state, local government, education, and healthcare sectors.
• Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives to support and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to craft a go-to-market strategy.
• Plan and execute events to engage customers and drive demand generation.
• Use a data-centric approach to optimize marketing performance.
• Develop compelling content that resonates with technical and executive audiences.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Adhoc travel to company and customer events required - approximately 20%.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, ideally in security or enterprise software.
• 10+ years in the B2G space with knowledge of the Public Sector.
• Proven ability to plan and optimize marketing programs.
• Experience managing high-impact events with clear success metrics.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, start-up environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work in a decentralized, cross-cultural team environment.
