In Short

• 100% Remote position based in the US
• Administer and negotiate standard technology contracts and related agreements
• Own contracts lifecycle management tool implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely commercial negotiations
• Manage and update a legal commercial contracts library
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture requirements
• Support corporate transactions and manage data rooms
• 5 – 15 years of experience in commercial contracts
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; law degree is an advantage

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SaaS agreements and IT legal issues
• Excellent organizational and technological skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High ethical standards and discretion
• Notary public certification preferred
• Experience in corporate governance and compliance
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
