Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of field sales experience in employee benefits.
• Strong relationships within the broker community.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Experience in broker channel sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
