Overview

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and programs that promote ethical behavior, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with organizational values. You will serve as a key advisor to leadership on ethics-related risks, provide compliance training, and lead investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and internal codes of conduct.

In Short

  • Design, implement, and oversee the company's ethics and compliance program.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
  • Conduct internal investigations into reports of misconduct.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ethics reporting channels.
  • Lead employee training and awareness programs on ethical behavior.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk, and senior leadership on compliance issues.
  • Perform periodic compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Maintain and update the company’s Code of Ethics.
  • Track and report key compliance metrics to senior executives.
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Ethics, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in ethics, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to your industry.
  • Experience conducting investigations and managing sensitive concerns.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training in a virtual environment.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and reporting skills.
  • Comfort operating in remote, cross-functional teams.
