Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Global Regulatory and Compliance Team, based in Hong Kong. This role will assist with a variety of regulatory activities both at the firm level and for investment vehicles.

In Short

• Support the development of a compliance strategy and guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

• 5+ years of compliance and regulatory experience required.
• Knowledge of SFC regulations is essential.
• AML/KYC and compliance monitoring experience needed.

• English proficiency required; Chinese is a plus.
• Flexible remote work on Fridays.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of SFC’s Type 1, 4, and 9 license regulations.
• General compliance knowledge including AML/KYC.
• Ability to work in a high-growth firm environment.
• In-depth knowledge of APAC regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese is advantageous.
