Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Survey Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, distributing, collecting, and analyzing online surveys to gather actionable insights that support our business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience in survey design, data collection, or market research.
• Proficiency in online survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
