Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support data management and administrative operations in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and information systems
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Review source documents and resolve data discrepancies
  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
  • Generate routine reports and assist with data audits as required
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must currently reside within the United States
  • Applications from candidates residing outside the U.S. will be automatically rejected

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or database management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with data quality standards and confidentiality requirements preferred
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
