The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that dLocal adheres to regulatory requirements in Ghana, focusing on KYC, AML, and transaction monitoring processes.

• Oversee KYC onboarding for new and existing customers in Ghana.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS) are required.
• 4-6 years of legal experience in AML, transaction monitoring, and KYC.
• Proven compliance experience in financial services, especially payments.
• In-depth knowledge of Ghana's KYC and AML/CFT regulations.
• Familiarity with Ghana's regulatory frameworks for payments.
• Experience engaging with regulators in Ghana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
